The International Consumer
Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN), formerly known as the
International Marketing Supervision Network (IMSN), is a membership
organization consisting of the
trade practices law enforcement authorities of more than two dozen
countries, most of which are members of the Organization for Economic
Cooperation and Development (OECD). The mandate of the Network is to
share information about cross-border commercial activities that may affect
consumer interests, and to encourage international cooperation among law
enforcement agencies. The Network operates under a rotating presidency,
currently held by Australia. The working languages of the Network are French
and English. |
